Referral Programme Terms
Refer a Fashion Brand. Earn TPH Production Credit.
Our referral programme allows existing and past The Pattern House clients to introduce new fashion brands to our team and earn production credit when that referral becomes a qualifying client.
1.Who Can Participate?
The referral programme is available to existing and past clients of The Pattern House.
TPH team members and their immediate household members are not eligible to participate.
2.What Counts as a Referral?
A referral is a new fashion brand or business that is introduced to The Pattern House by an eligible client.
The referral must be submitted through the official referral form, or by sending the required details by email to [email protected] or to our WhatsApp line.
The referral should include, where available:
- Referred person’s name
- Brand name
- Email address
- Phone / WhatsApp number
The referral must be identifiable as a new introduction from the referring client.
3.Who Qualifies as a New Referral?
The referred brand must be a new prospective client of The Pattern House.
A referral does not qualify if the brand:
- Is already an existing TPH client
- Has previously completed a production order with TPH
- Is already an active sales opportunity in TPH’s pipeline
- Has already submitted a production enquiry before the referral was made
- Was previously referred by another person
If more than one person refers the same brand, TPH will generally attribute the referral to the first valid referral received.
TPH’s records will be used to determine referral eligibility.
4.What Does the Referrer Receive?
When an eligible referred brand completes its first qualifying production order with The Pattern House, the referring client receives TPH production credit based on the value of that first qualifying order.
Referral Reward Tiers
| First Qualifying Order Value | Referral Credit |
|---|---|
| ₦750,000 – ₦1,499,999 | ₦50,000 |
| ₦1,500,000 – ₦2,499,999 | ₦75,000 |
| ₦2,500,000+ | ₦100,000 |
The reward is calculated using the qualifying order value actually paid to TPH.
5.What Is a Qualifying Order?
A qualifying order is a new production or development project from the referred brand with a minimum value of ₦750,000.
The qualifying order must:
- Be a genuine new client project
- Be accepted by TPH
- Meet the minimum qualifying value
- Be paid for according to the agreed payment terms
- Not subsequently be cancelled or refunded
Shipping, courier charges, taxes, duties and other third-party charges are excluded when determining the qualifying order value.
TPH may exclude certain services or special arrangements from the referral programme where the economics of the project make the reward unsuitable.
6.When Is the Credit Issued?
The referral credit becomes available after:
- The referred client has completed the qualifying payment requirement; and
- The order is no longer subject to cancellation or refund.
TPH will notify the referring client once the reward has been approved.
7.How Can the Credit Be Used?
Referral credit may be applied toward an eligible future TPH production or development project.
The credit:
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be transferred to another person
- Cannot be used to pay shipping, taxes, duties or third-party charges
- Cannot be applied to the qualifying order that generated the reward
- May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts
Only one referral credit may be applied to an individual order unless TPH agrees otherwise in writing.
8.Credit Expiry
Referral credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
Unused credit expires after this period.
9.What Does the Referred Brand Receive?
As part of the referral programme, an eligible referred brand may receive a complimentary Production Readiness Review.
The review is intended to help the brand identify missing or unclear production information before moving toward sampling, production or quotation.
The review does not guarantee that TPH will accept the project for production.
10.No Self-Referrals
Clients may not refer:
- Themselves
- A business they own or control
- A related business solely to obtain a referral reward
TPH reserves the right to reject referrals that appear to have been created primarily to obtain the referral benefit.
11.Referral Attribution
Referral attribution must be established before the referred brand becomes an active TPH opportunity.
Once a referral has been attributed to a client, that attribution cannot normally be changed after the referred brand enters the sales process.
12.Programme Changes
The Pattern House reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the referral programme.
Changes will not normally affect rewards that have already been earned and approved.
TPH reserves the right to review individual referrals and determine eligibility where circumstances are unclear.
