Why We Exist

Production is where most fashion brands fall apart. We built this studio so yours won't.

Great designers lose sleep over production. Unreliable tailors. Inconsistent quality. Orders that take twice as long as promised. For too many fashion brands, especially in Nigeria, production is the part of the business they dread.

The Pattern House exists to be the opposite of that experience. Clear communication. Consistent quality. Honest timelines. Whether you run an established brand or you're launching your very first line, you get the same precision, the same care.

What We Do

Three ways to work with us.

Get a Quote →
01
Private Label
Your label. Our production. You bring the designs. We handle patterns, cutting, sewing, and finishing. The garments come out the other side with your name on them, made exactly to your specification.
02
Capsule Collections
Building your first collection, or adding a new season? Pattern drafting, grading across sizes, full production run, quality control, and delivery. All handled. You focus on selling and building the brand.
03
Bespoke & Made-to-Order
Custom pieces. Embroidery work. Specialty construction. Whether you are a brand producing for a VIP client, or an individual with a specific vision for a single garment, we produce it precisely.

Launching your first line? You don't need industry experience to work with us. A design idea and a reference image is enough to start. We guide you through everything else.

Who We Work With

From first-time founders
to established houses.

Emerging Designers
You have a following. Clients. Vision. What you don't have is production infrastructure to scale past making one piece at a time.
READY TO GROW
Established Brands
You already operate. Production is the bottleneck. Inconsistent output and unreliable tailors are capping your growth, and your reputation.
NEEDS A REAL PARTNER
Diaspora Founders
You're building a Nigerian or African label from abroad. You need a studio you can trust remotely: clear communication, consistent samples, reliable delivery.
REMOTE BY DEFAULT
First-Time Founders
You've dreamed of launching a line. You don't want to manage tailors or learn factory language. You just want finished pieces you can sell, and a partner who makes the process simple.

Client Stories

What our clients say.

★★★★★
"I had been through three different production setups before finding them. The difference is that they actually read your brief. Our first collection came out exactly as specified, on time, no last-minute changes."
A
Fashion brand founder
Womenswear · Lagos
★★★★★
"I run a Nigerian fashion label from London. My production partner has to be someone I can trust without being there in person. Communication is clear, samples come back right, and the garments are exactly what I promised my customers."
D

Ready-to-Wear · London
★★★★★
"I had wanted to launch my own line for years but managing tailors felt impossible. I sent them my sketches, they handled everything, and weeks later I had a finished collection ready to sell. I had no idea it could be this straightforward."

The Studio

A production studio built on one principle: delivery.

The Pattern House is a garment production studio in Nigeria. We produce private label garments, capsule collections, and bespoke pieces for fashion brands and founders across Nigeria, West Africa, and internationally.

Our standards scale with your ambition, but they never drop with your order size. A single bespoke piece is produced with the same rigour as a full collection. That is the promise. Everything else follows from it.

Questions

Everything to know
before you reach out.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, for full production runs. For bespoke and one-off commissions, we handle those case by case. Reach out and we will advise based on your project.
I have never produced a collection. Can you still help me?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are launching for the first time. You don't need a technical spec sheet. A design idea and a reference image is enough to start. We guide you through the rest.
Do you source fabric, or do I supply my own?
Both options work. We can source fabric on your behalf. We have working relationships with suppliers and can advise based on your design and budget. Or you can supply your own. Whichever suits your project.
How long does production take?
Small runs typically take one to two weeks from sample approval. Larger collections take longer. We give you a firm timeline in your quote so you can plan around it.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We work with brands and founders across West Africa and internationally, including diaspora founders in the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. We ship worldwide and are set up for remote collaboration.
How do I get started?
Fill in the form below. Tell us what you want to produce, roughly how many pieces, and your timeline. We'll get back to you with next steps.
